Ingredients:
1 Can Coconut Milk
1 Can Cream of Coconut
1 Can Evaporated milk
1 Can Sweetened Condensed milk
2 Tsp MealZac Candied Yam Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Star Anise or Anise Extract
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract/Coconut extract (optional)
1/2 Cup Puerto Rican Rum (Dark or Light will work)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender. Add Vanilla Extract and or Coconut Extract for more flavor.
- Pour into glass bottles. Allow the drink to chill in the fridge for a few hours to overnight.
- To serve immediately, use cold ingredients when making, or serve over ice. Coquito should last up to 4 months if stored properly.
